About

I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research.

I study public finance topics at the intersection of labor and macroeconomics. My research interests include many fiscal policy issues such as the incidence and efficiency costs of corporate taxation, the economic impacts of taxing high-income earners, corporate tax policy and declining labor shares, productivity and taxation, and biased productivity growth & rising healthcare expenditures.
